Welcome to ScaleInbox. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website https://scaleinbox.in/ and all services provided by our Agency. By accessing our website or working with us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
ScaleInbox provides performance marketing services, including:
1. Meta Ads & Google Ads Management
2. Creative Strategy & Production
3. Funnel Optimization
4. Analytics & Reporting
5. Consulting & Growth Strategy
Service scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees will be outlined in your proposal, agreement, or onboarding documents.
2. Client Responsibilities
To deliver services effectively, you agree to:
1. Provide accurate business information and required documents.
2. Grant necessary access to ad accounts, analytics tools, Shopify/website dashboards, pixels, CRMs, etc.
3. Ensure product availability, pricing accuracy, and operational readiness (shipping, COD/RTO policies, etc.).
4. Respond to communication in a reasonable timeframe.
5. Follow guidelines and recommendations that influence campaign performance.
We are not responsible for performance issues caused by delays, incomplete information, poor product quality, operational issues, or external factors affecting your business.
3. Payments & Fees
1. All fees will be stated clearly before the project begins.
2. Payments are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise in your agreement.
3. Campaign spending budgets are paid directly by the client to the ad platforms (Meta, Google, etc.).
4. Late or missed payments may result in paused services.
4. No Performance Guarantee
While we use best practices, data-driven strategies, and proven experience, we do not guarantee specific results, including:
1. Sales
2. ROAS
3.Revenue
Marketing outcomes depend on many external factors including product-market fit, website experience, pricing, competition, seasonality, and customer behavior.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all shared information confidential, including:
1. Business data
2. Campaign results
3. Strategy documents
4. Creative assets
5. Ad account information
We will never share, sell, or use your data for any purpose other than delivering agreed services.
6. Intellectual Property
1. All creatives, strategies, documents, and frameworks developed by ScaleInbox remain our intellectual property unless
2. otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Content provided by the client remains owned by the client.
7. Access & Account Security
1. You are responsible for managing your own platform accounts (Meta, Google, Shopify, etc.).
2. You may revoke our access at any time.
3. We are not responsible for third-party platform restrictions, bans, or policy violations caused by platform-side issues.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the service with written notice as per the agreement.
On termination:
1. All unpaid dues must be cleared.
2. Access to ad accounts and tools will be removed.
3. No refunds will be issued for completed or ongoing work.
9. Limitation of Liability
ScaleInbox is not liable for:
1. Loss of revenue or profits
2. Website downtime
3. Platform-related issues (Meta/Google restrictions, data delays, tracking errors)
4. Any indirect or consequential damages
Our total liability will not exceed the fees paid for the service in the last 30 days.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. The latest version will always be available on our website.
